Terms and conditions of shipping and delivery

Shipping is free from order values of Rp 200.000 in Jakarta and Rp 1.000.000 nationwide.

The standard delivery of orders will be charged and performed by 21 Express ECO (regular) unless an alternative is agreed. REGULAR is a delivery service to the entire parts of Indonesia, within an estimated delivery time of 1-7 weekdays, depending on the destination zones.

Deliveries are made during weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders, placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.
